DC USA's tenant mix has enabled it to become a true retail destination. Target had its second biggest spring opening week in history and Washington Sports Club registered more than 6,000 new members in its first year. DC USA has also helped Columbia Heights to become a residential destination - with more than 3,200 units of housing being built or renovated in the immediate vicinity since 2001.
